Symposium on Food safety and Security

The two-day workshop is co-organised by SELAMAT with International Conference on Food Science and Technology (ICOFHEC 2016) that will take place at Federal University of Agriculture, Abeokuta, Nigeria. The workshop is designed for line workers, food safety personnel, academia, farmers, regulatory bodies and other employees of food processing operations.

Experts in various area of food safety from Netherlands, Russia, China, United Kingdom, Ghana, South Africa, Ethiopia, FAO (Africa representative office) and Nigeria will be presenting. The whole programme will discuss ways of “Delivering Innovative Approaches in Food, Health and Well-being for Sustainable Livelihood”.
